I’ve been in the 401(k) industry since 1990, and my move to Baltimore in 2004 helped shape my belief that anyone can build wealth with the right tools and knowledge. Through my own journey to financial freedom, I realized many people lack the resources to achieve the same. That's why I'm committed to helping employees and employers build wealth through 401(k) plans. I believe that retirement should mean financial freedom—the ability to live life on your own terms. A well-managed 401(k) plan is one of the most effective ways to make that vision a reality. Along with helping the employee and employer community, I intend to donate a portion of my revenue to local charities that support the same mission.
